This artwork is part of the Public Encounter Project that made by Eleni Maragaki, Viktorija Balašova and Yu Shao Lo. The artwork was showed in two different public places in London for two days. The artwork consists of a pooping pigeon flag hangs on the pole, an unrecognizable statue covered with bird shit, a pigeon house on the top of a stick hold by the statue, a performance of pigeon summoning  with bread by Viktorija Balašova, and a slingshot offer for visitors to shoot the fake bird shit from toilet paper and edible coloring).
This statue is a nature lover, a bird protector, who doesn't care about the dirty stuff from nature, and welcomes all kinds of birds in this city. In addition, this is an artwork responses to hundreds of statues in London. Those controversial great men/women stand on the high plinth for hundred years. All the visitors can only look up for them. In contrast, we suggested a touchable and much friendly statue. The public is not passively accepting the existence of the statue, but actively shaped the artwork by themselves. In other words, this statue is not a symbol of power, or to honor the genius of the artist. It is an artwork belonging to the people. This is a statue people can leave their traces on it. This is a statue made of cheap material in a brief time. This is an anti-monument statue.

這件作品是｢與公眾相遇｣藝術計畫中的一部分，由羅友劭與Eleni Maragaki和Viktorija Balašova共同創作，並連續兩天於倫敦不同的公共地點展出。此作品包含一個掛在旗桿上的鴿子排洩旗幟、坐落高台之上被鳥屎覆蓋同時手上拿著一根頂端架有鴿子小屋的木棍之不具名人形雕塑 、一位揮灑麵包屑負責召喚鴿子的女巫( Viktorija Balašova )，另外藝術家還邀請觀眾用彈弓將衛生紙做的假鳥屎射擊到雕像上。
除了不懼汙穢、友善環境，並為都市鳥類提供棲身之處之外，這作品是對於倫敦為數眾多的紀念雕像之反思。這些具有可議性的所謂偉人站在高台上，數百年來俯瞰著下方的平民老百姓，象徵著一種陰魂不散的威權。我們在此倡議一座可以親近、碰觸的紀念雕像。公眾並非被動接受雕像的存在，而是積極參與到雕像的形塑之中。換句話說，這件作品並不為權威代言，不紀念任何偉人或藝術家的天才，他是一個屬於城市與其居民的雕塑；一個由便宜材料在短時間內製作而成，不浪費金錢與資源的雕像；一個反紀念碑的紀念碑。
